What is the CMT ™

The CMT ™ is an evaluation program that has been developed as a reliable, unbiased, highly effective and relevant evaluation tool to be used as a pre-employment screening program to support your business goals.

This evaluation program is an efficient means of screening and streamlining skill based assessment to meet the true and actual organisation needs and skill requirements.

This program will determine existing skill levels of individuals prior to mobilsation.

This paper based assessment program is a series of specific and relevant trade questions that are completed over a 2hr period covering three areas:

Site Awareness,
Trade Knowledge, and
Tools Awareness.

Once the CMT™ is completed by your potential employees it is assessed and a ‘Results Matrix’ is presented to the employer.

What Is The Results Matrix?

Once the CMT ™ has been completed by the potential employee the written evaluation will be assessed by our senior assessment team and results will be formatted on a matrix, similar to the below example.
